Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions of Sale

The terms on which we sell goods to you through this website. Please read them before placing an order.

1. Who We Are

This website is operated by Eplop LTD (Company No. 12168148), 37 Carnoustie Close, Ashington, Northumberland, NE63 9GB. You can contact us at [email protected]. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Eplop LTD, and "you" means the person placing the order.

2. How a Contract Is Formed

When you place an order you are offering to buy the goods. We accept your order — and a contract is formed — when we send you an email confirming it has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order (for example, an item is out of stock, mispriced, or we cannot ship to your destination), we will let you know and will not charge you, or will refund any payment taken.

3. Prices & VAT

Prices are shown on the product pages and may be displayed in your local currency for convenience; the charge is settled in pounds sterling (GBP). We take care to price goods correctly, but if we discover an obvious pricing error before dispatch, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than supply the goods at the wrong price.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Import VAT, duties, or handling fees that may apply to international orders are covered in our Delivery & Shipping policy.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at the time you place your order, through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. By submitting an order you confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you are authorised to use it.

5. Delivery

We dispatch and deliver in accordance with our Delivery & Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.

6. Cancellation & Returns

If you are a consumer you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, as set out in full in our Returns & Cancellations policy. That policy forms part of these terms.

7. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

We must supply goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply and are not limited by these terms. Contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

8. Use of Goods

Many of our products are electronic components and maker parts intended for use by people with appropriate knowledge and care. You are responsible for ensuring a product is suitable for your intended use and for using it safely and lawfully. They are not certified for use in life-support, safety-critical, or medical applications.

9. Our Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us, but we are not liable for loss that is not foreseeable or for business losses where you use the goods commercially. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy & Cookies policy and explain your rights on the Your Data & Rights page.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those published on this page at the time you place it.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you live.
